Pastor Murray Shawnoo is an Ordained Minister that holds Credentials with Faith Christian Fellowship of Canada. Murray is a Bible Graduate of the Tabernacle Bible College in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada. Victorious Faith Fellowship Church was birthed out of our Nikao Faith Ministires monthly evagelistic meetings. VFFC actually started on Oct.31, 2004; and we have seen our up's and down's, but continue to grow stronger in Spirit, in Truth, in Leadership and in structure. We are a Word of Faith church; what that means is we fully believe and completely trust in what God has spoke, He will perform; and the faith aspect is that after we have believed, we walk in the realm of expectance and anticipation. We are a Spirit filled, Spirit led, full Gospel church, hungry for the things of God. This in not a religion, but a relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
The Bible is the mind of Christ and is the inspired, the only infallible and authoritative Word of God. There is one God manifested in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
The Vision
"Proclaiming the Word of God from the First Nation to All Nations!" The Word says that Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. We know as we share the gospel from right here in Kettle Point, it can have an impact in this great country of Canada via the television airwaves.
Our Faith is based on the following:
1. The deity of our Lord Jesus Christ.
2. His sinless life.
3. His miracles.
4. His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood.
5. His bodily resurrection.
6. His ascension to the right hand of the Father.
7. His personal return in power and glory as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
8. The fall of man and his lost estate, which makes necessary a rebirth through confession and belief in the Lord Jesus Christ.
9. The reconciliation of man to God by the substitutionary death and shed blood of our Lord Jesus Christ.
10.The resurrection of believers unto everlasting life and blessing in Heaven, and the resurrection of unbelievers unto everlasting punishment in the torments of Hell.
11. The present supernatural ministry of the Holy Spirit who bestows the spiritual gifts of: The Word of Wisdom, The Word of Knowledge, Faith, Gifts of healing, Working of Miracles, Prophecy, Discerning of Spirits, Various Kinds of Tongues, Interpretation of Tongues, in and among believers on the earth since the day of Pentecost and continuing until our Lord's return.
